Pot Philodendron Brasil 4.5" Pot

A cheerful cascade of green and gold

Philodendron ‘Brasil’ brings a bright splash of color to your indoor space with glossy, heart-shaped leaves striped in lime and golden yellow against rich green. Every leaf has its own pattern, giving this easygoing trailing plant plenty of personality. Start it on a bright tabletop, then let its vines soften the edge of a shelf as they lengthen.

This colorful heartleaf philodendron is equally lovely trailing from a hanging planter or growing up a support. Trim it occasionally for a fuller shape, or give its vines room to wander for a relaxed, leafy look.

• Available Size: 4.5-inch nursery pot.
• Light: Medium to bright, indirect light. Brighter indirect light helps support its colorful variegation; avoid harsh direct sun.
• Water: Allow the top 1–2 inches of potting mix to dry before watering thoroughly. Let excess water drain away, and avoid leaving the pot standing in water.
• Soil: An airy, well-draining potting mix in a container with drainage holes.
• Humidity: Adapts well to typical household humidity and appreciates moderate humidity.
• Temperature: Keep comfortably warm and away from cold drafts and drying vents.
• Feeding: Feed lightly during active spring and summer growth, following the fertilizer label.
• Growth Habit: Trailing or climbing vines. Pinch or prune long stems to encourage branching, or provide a support for upward growth. Growth rate, vine length, and leaf coloring vary with care and conditions.
• Pet Note: Not safe to chew or eat. Keep out of reach of pets and children.

A lovely choice for shelves, hanging displays, and anyone who enjoys watching a little starter become a flowing curtain of foliage.
